Your May Void Forecast
Theme: Exposure and Extraction
Tarot Pull: The Tower – The Moon – The Knight of Cups
This month demands surrender to the sudden. The Tower shakes loose illusions you were too scared to examine. The Moon floods the wreckage with emotional intensity, and the Knight of Cups moves through it like a dreamer on a quest he doesn’t understand but feels compelled to finish anyway.
Expect:
Shocks to the system: emotional reveals, relational ruptures, or spiritual call-outs
Long-buried feelings rising in strange forms: dreams, miscommunications, or intense artistic urges
Compulsions toward expression: Write. Voice-note. Cry on camera. Alchemize the mess.
Shadow Work for May
What is Shadow Work?
Shadow work is the practice of turning toward the hidden, repressed, or uncomfortable parts of yourself—the parts that act out in secret, sabotage your joy, or carry old wounds you haven’t named. It’s not about fixing or exiling these parts. It’s about seeing them clearly and asking: what do you need to be free?
Why now?
With The Tower and The Moon in play, this month is a ripe environment for unmasking the emotional undercurrents that drive you—especially the ones you inherited, copied, or absorbed without consent.
May Shadow Work Prompt
“What parts of me resist stability, and why?”This month invites you to root down and reflect on your relationship with security, comfort, and self-worth. Taurus energy encourages grounding—but shadow work asks us to question:
Do I sabotage peace because chaos feels more familiar?
Where do I equate stillness with stagnation?
What fears arise when I begin to feel safe, seen, or supported?
Journal it. Speak it aloud. Paint it, dance it, voice memo it. Just don’t ignore it. The Knight of Cups isn’t here to judge—he’s here to walk with you.
Your Affirmation: I am worthy of peace, even when it feels unfamiliar.

—Your Narrator
OMG. I was inspired to go do one of those astrology things. I just assumed some things for years. I talked to one of my … let’s call him a silver fox … and he pointed me to a website and found out so much more info. I live in a world of Enneagram and other traditions so this was interesting.
I love this!! Also, I have pulled my own cards in a few days so I kind of feel called out and will get right back to that now.
